Andriy Klyuyev determined the priority steps for the development of agricultural mechanical engineering

The First Vice Prime Minister — Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine Andriy Klyuyev has delivered a number of tasks to the ministries and authorities to support of development of domestic mechanical engineering for agriculture. He has declared it following the results of exit meeting in Vasilkov area of the Kiev region.
As he said, till September, 15 the Ministry of Agrarian Policy of Ukraine should generate the state order for 2012 for agricultural machinery and also present proposals concerning the state order for 2013–15.
The First Vice Prime Minister also has instructed to present proposals for the amount of funds to be allocated from the state budget to reduce the price of loans to domestic agricultural producers for the purchase of domestic equipment. As he said, all it should be made till September, 15 in order to these sums have been considered in the draft government budget for the next year. Andriy Klyuyev also has instructed the Ministry of Finance together with NBU determine the mechanisms of credit support to agricultural producers for the purchase of domestically produced techniques. He also has added that corresponding events should be provided in the Government program economic and social development of Ukraine for 2013–2015.
Andriy Klyuyev also has declared that it is necessary to develop the draft law on exemption from the VAT and the import duty of technologies and the equipment for renovation and modernization of domestic enterprises of agricultural mechanical engineering.
He has declared that in each region it is necessary to create the mechanized enterprises which would have the opportunity to purchase the complete set of domestic agricultural machinery for providing services to small and medium farmers which have no capability to acquire whole range of techniques for increase of efficiency of its activity.
