Groisman visit to Israel kicked off

As of today, Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Groisman accompanied by his wife has begun an official visit to the State of Israel, Government Portal reports.
As to the report, within the visit, the Prime Minister will hold a series of talks with leaders of the state and business representatives. Among key topics of the negotiations are applying within Ukraine of the best practices of Israel within the agricultural sector and reforming of the healthcare system, as well as the establishment of cooperation in high technologies sector.
Thus, in part., within the visit the Head of the Ukrainian Government is to meet with Prime Minister of Israel Benjamin Netanyahu, President of Israel Reuven Rivlin and Speaker of the Knesset Yuli Edelstein. Besides, Volodymyr Groysman shall meet with Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development of Israel Uri Ariel and attend the Agricultural Research Organization Volcani Center of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
As to the report, it is planned to sign a number of bilateral documents, such as: Memorandum of cooperation between the ministries of healthcare of Ukraine and Israel, Memorandum on the statistical data exchange between customs administrations of Ukraine and the State of Israel, Joint Declaration between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the State of Israel on cooperation in preventing emergency situations and eliminating their consequences, as well as Implementation Protocol to the Agreement between the Government of the State of Israel and the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on the temporary employment of Ukrainian workers in specific labour market sectors in the State of Israel.
Besides, the visit programme also includes Groisman meetings with the business community, the leadership of the Teva Learning Center and CEOs of leading Israeli biomedical engineering companies, as well as members of the Ukrainian community of Israel.
