XIX meeting of Ukrainian National Commission for UNESCO took place

26.02.2016 12:19 "Agro Perspectiva" (Kyiv) — As of yesterday, the 19th meeting of the Ukrainian National Commission for UNESCO took place at the Ukrainian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Government Portal reports. As to the report, the National Commission members discussed particularly the execution of the National Commission’s Activity Plan within 2015 and the approval of the similar Plan for 2016; the preparation of Ukrainian delegation for the participation in work of UNESCO’s leading and conventional organs; the state of conservation of the Ukrainian World Heritage objects located on the temporarily occupied by the Russian Federation territories of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol and also the state of conservation of the monuments of history and culture located on the territory of the Russian Federation and referring to the Ukrainian folk; the presentation of the applications for UNESCO 2016–2017 Participation Program and for the Memory of the World Register; thematic content of the fourth issue of Informational Bulletin of the Ukrainian National Commission for UNESCO.
