Semerak introduced newly elected Deputy Ministers for European integration

22.08.2014 09:29 "Agro Perspectiva" (Kyiv) — August 21, at the Government House, the Minister of the Ukrainian Cabinet Ostap Semerak introduced newly appointed Ukrainian Deputy Ministers for European integration, Government Portal reports. «The new Deputy Ministers were appointed August 20 at the Cabinet meeting after a long, intense, but professional and constructive debate,» he said. Ostap Semerak noted that, by doing so, the Cabinet «has completed a very important stage of creation in Ukraine of the updated system of coordinating the activity of executive bodies in European integration area». «The newly appointed Deputy Ministers will become a valuable link in the process of implementation by Ukraine of its obligations under the Association Agreement with the EU,» the top official added. «Each Deputy Minister meets high requirements that have been approved by the Cabinet, with experience of project work, experience of work with western partners, fluency in foreign languages and above all - they have an understanding of what is needed to address today,» said Ostap Semerak. «They are the ones who will finally be personally responsible for achieving of the set tasks,» the top official summed up.
