Azarov: Environment Day unites Ukrainians around good deeds

The Environment Day, which our state will mark on April 20, unites Ukrainians around good deeds with which we can decorate our country with our own hands. This was stressed by Prime Minister of Ukraine Mykola Azarov during the session of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine on April 17, 2013, Government Portal reports.
«On this day everywhere there are events directed to preserving of the surrounding environment. In simple words: we are establishing order and cleanliness within the country, in our common home,» the Premier said.
Mykola Azarov emphasized that guiding from messages in social networks and addresses to hispage, in particular, public activists had taken up with vigor this year’s project of the Environment Day.
«I thank in advance to everyone indifferent who will go out to clean and decorate our country,» Mykola Azarov expressed his gratitude.
The head of Government informed that on this day it was envisaged to plant around 2 million trees. A million of trees are intended to plant by the Regions’ Party members.
«I am convinced it is worth a hundred rallies. It is a perfect contribution into the prosperity of our land,» the Prime Minister said.
On commission of the Prime Minister, heads of regional administrations in every town have prepared necessary amounts of works and equipment for the employees of state organizations, institutions and enterprises, for students and public activists.
Moreover, Mykola Azarov has instructed all the Government’s members to personally participate in beautification events. The head of Government will personally work in Kyiv.
