Belarus: on reequipment of dairy factories it will be directed $46,5 million

In Belarus on modernisation of the enterprises of dairy branch per 2007 it will be directed nearby 100 billion Belarus roubles (nearby $46,5 million). About it(this) has told the assistant to central administrative board of the foodstuffs minselkhozproda Belarus Glafira Ermakovich, it is spoken on an official site of embassy of Byelorussia in the Russian Federation.
It(She) has noted, that processing of milk and manufacture of whole-milk production will be concentrated at large dairy combines, and small dairy factories will be reorientated to primary processing of raw material — pasteurization of milk.
The majority of dairy factories are measured(going) to refuse manufacture of a unprofitable butter and to start the production more profitable kinds of production — firm and polutverdykh cheeses, cottage cheese products, yoghurts and other whole-milk production, and also the dry skim and dry whole milk. It eksportoorientirovannaya production which is in demand on a foreign market, has emphasized the expert.
Some of the enterprises, such as Berezinsky maslosyrzavod, Slutsky and Kletsky factories of the Minsk area will be reoriented on drying of whey, for this purpose here will be modernized operating(working) sushilnye chambers. The largest investment project on the organization of manufacture of drying of whey will be realized on Open Society " Savushkin a product ". Here will not only make drying dairy whey, but also to develop(produce) from it(her) new kinds of production. In Vitebsk area in drying of whey will be engaged Verkhnedvinsky, SHumilinsky dairy factories and Lepelsky canning combine.
According to Ermakovich, manufacture of dry whey for the enterprises of branch it is extremely important, as it will allow to provide deeper degree of processing of milk. Besides on a foreign market dry whey is in demand.
In 2007 dairy factories of Belarus are measured(going) to increase volumes of manufacture of cheeses considerably. New technological lines plan to get Baranovichsky, postavsky, Dyatlovsky, Tolochinsky dairy factories and Goretsky maslosyrodelnyj a factory. The Most part of new let out(released) production of the enterprise of branch are measured(going) to export also.
