As of Mar, 21 State Treasury allocated UAH387.7 million for agrarian sector development

Ukrainian State Treasury has allotted UAH387.7 million for agrarian sector development support, with UAH362.2 million having been already directed to regions (up UAH306.5 million against last year similar UAH55.7 million), reported Ministry of Agrarian Policy press-service.
Finances are to be directed to regions due to budgetary means usage procedure (approved by Cabinet and Ministry of Agrarian Policy/Finance Ministry common Decrees) for following programs realization: support of plant-growing development through providing of winter sown crops per hectare subsidizing (UAH152.5 million); subsidies payment for raised and sold for slaughter cattle/poultry within Jan-Feb 2006/Dec 2005 second half (UAH87.7 million); credits cheapening (UAH32.1 million); plant-growing selection (UAH30.0 million); antiepizootic measures (UAH25.7 million); stockbreeding/poultry breeding selection (UAH14.9 million, with more UAH10.1 million to be additionally allocated in short time); farm economies support (UAH8.0 million); rural areas municipal services reforming/development (UAH4.2 million); preferential State crediting of rural areas individual builders (UAH2.5 million); cultivated lands agrochemical certification (UAH0.9 million); agricultural companies pests/diseases control activities (UAH0.7 million); animal contagious diseases spreading prevention (UAH1.5 million); selection in sphere of new kinds seeds testing (UAH1.5 million).
Besides, regions have also received finances allocated from Budget Special Fund for creation/keeping of newly planted gardens, vineyards and berries plantations (UAH39.9 million)
as well as finances directed to Agrarian Fund for State Food Reserve forming and mortgage/interventional purchases executing (UAH112.3 million).
All protected budgetary articles have been provided complete financing.
It is to be reminded, this year Jan-Mar State Budget monthly expenditures instruction stipulates total allocations from State Budget General Fund as much as UAH1.086.9 million (incl. agrarian sector development support allocations — UAH387.7 million).
